Directions
We welcome guests who arrive by public transport, forgo flying, or organise carshares. This is ecologically sound and helps to ensure that there aren't too many cars in our picturesque Rundling village. We would be happy to help organise a pick-up service from the train or bus stations, book a shared taxi, or help you form carshares.
By train
Beseland is well connected to the public transport network via Schnega train station. Schnega is located 10 km from Beseland.
Express train from Hanover via Uelzen to Schnega (80 mins)
Express train from Hamburg via Uelzen to Schnega (90 mins)
Express train from Berlin via Stendal to Schnega (100 min.)
The next bus stop, Klein-Gaddau, is 4 km from Beseland.
At Uelzen station, take the rear exit (down in the tunnel between the platforms). The bus journey to Klein-Gaddau/Waddeweitz municipality takes 45 minutes.
By car
Travelling by car from Uelzen (35 mins): Drive towards Lüchow. After approx. 30 mins, turn right at a roundabout towards Clenze. After Priesseck, turn right off the main road towards Beseland. Our house, number 7, is located in the middle of the round village.
Coming from the south from Clenze, drive north along the K18 (towards Gaddau/Priesseck), past the petrol stations and the outdoor swimming pool. After about 2 km, turn left onto the small road towards Beseland.
