The re:nature - Vision with Teams and Organisations
Just as people do, teams and organisations go through diverse processes: Crises and transformation, farewells and new beginnings, unfolding and innovation, diversity and community, purpose and vision.
Yet even in agile organisations, these questions are usually only discussed „amongst people“.
The radical leap of the re:nature approach lies in Concrete, co-creative relationship with more-than-human co-beings to participate. In doing so, we refer – and this is unique so far – to our European indigenous wisdom.
Our core competency is the Support for transformation processes, particularly through phases of letting go, uncertainty, and the emergence of new ideas.
It's about making teams and organisations places where People to contribute their potential meaningfully and the organisation's work at the same time beneficial society contributes.
Content and structure of the two-year re:nature training - Facilitation
Structure
- Own re:nature - Vision Quest before undertaking the two-year training or in the first year of training.
- 6 modules over 5 days and 2 online module days within two years
- Own work between the modules (development of the re:nature - Compasses using the building blocks from our online academy in the first year of training, own nature walks, mirroring and small rituals for learning the methods, but also for deepening one's own nature-spiritual anchoring, reading of choice, two practical projects in the second year of training.
- The training modules build on each other. For this reason, the training can only be booked as a whole. You will travel through the two years with a group of appreciative people and witness the effects of the re:nature approach at work in yourself and others…

In our training, we address practical questions
- How do we get clients and participants to engage with nature walks and smaller ritualistic stagings for workshops and processes?
- What language is appropriate in the context of team and organisational development?
- As facilitators, how do we address the conflict between the pressure for targeted outcomes and results, on the one hand, and the desire for open innovation, inspiration, and meaning, on the other?
- How to create coherent «scripts» for workshops and process facilitation, especially with limited time and in an urban environment?
- How can teams and organisations become agents of change towards greater life-friendliness in their activities?
- In your second year of training, we will guide you through your own practical project and support you in shaping your work not just from your head but in a co-creative process with the more-than-human beings.
