Overview re:nature - Training programmes
Your own re:nature - Vision quest is the basic and initiation experience for our training programmes. You do this before the start of the two-year training programme or in the first year of training and choose the date from one of our vision quest groups.
In 6 modules of 5 days each and 2 online days spread over two years, you will learn the tools for working with teams and organisations with the re:nature - Compass and anchor your own personality in a lived experience of nature. You will learn to work with the vision picture for re:nature organisations. With your own practical applications between the modules.

You will learn the tools of nature cycle ritual design with mythodramatic elements in all four seasons in 4 modules of 4 days each with two online meetings in between. You will also learn how to apply them in organisational contexts or contexts of existing groups such as housing projects or initiatives. You will anchor your personality in the European indigenous tradition and lived experience of nature. Between modules, you will create your own rituals. Your own re:nature - Vision quest is not mandatory for basic training, only recommended.

In three modules of 5 days each and 2 online meetings you will deepen your ritual competence around the focus „Rituals for the changing world“, rituals in public space, rituals with larger groups, rituals as collective healing rituals, rituals in working with organisations. A separate re:nature vision quest is an obligatory part of this training phase. The advanced ritual training can be completed after the basic training or the re:ature - Facilitation training can be booked.

With an online input and 2 assistants, you will learn the tools for managing re:nature – Visions Searches in the European tradition. The extension can be booked from the second year of the re:nature - Facilitation training or the re:nature - Advanced - Ritual training.

This is a shorter training course of 2 modules in nature coaching according to our re:nature – Approach for people who already accompany people and want to expand their accompanying skills to include work in and with nature and the environment. re:nature - Compass would like to expand. It can be combined well with the basic training re:nature - ritual design, for example. You can find the current dates and costs here.

The new training course, the vision quest and our other offers will take place on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, and Tuesday, 19th May, each at 7:30 PM.
