re:nature team and process support

Our re:nature offers for teams

Accompanying teams is a Joint, creative process. Each team brings its own challenges, wishes and a special environment.

Our work begins with a Conversation and curious listening, supplemented by the Listening into the „big room“: Which impulses of the Natural order are relevant for this situation?

This forms the basis for the further design - from unique workshops up to accompanying processes over longer periods of time.

Selected questions that teams face time and again in their day-to-day work

  • How can we organise the joint work in such a way that the individual talents are invited and weave themselves into a whole that is more than the sum of its parts? Then we work with the „wheel of people“.
  • How can we manage to be mindful of our own strengths and avoid overwork and burnout? How can we achieve growth that respects boundaries? Then we work with the „Wheel of Balance“ for teams.
  • How do we manage to consciously go through crises and transitions and use them as an invitation to change and renewal? Then we work with the „wheel of transformation“.
  • How do we discover our common fire in our work and co-create, together with the more-than-human beings of our landscape, inspiring visions that also contribute to a life-serving society? Then we work with the „wheel of unfolding“.
  • How do we jointly develop a work culture that values trust and self-organisation over control and hierarchy? Then we work with the „re:nature - organisation compass“.

Possible focal points of team development according to the re:nature approach

Transformation and a new beginning

When teams find themselves in crises and phases of change, as companions, we help to ensure that a dignified farewell to the old is successful (autumn), and from a phase of pausing and listening (winter) creative impulses for a new phase of development (spring).

Purpose and vision

When a team comes together for the first time, we offer a space in which the common fire in the work and an inspiring vision can be found. Teams then become a lively, powerful "we". According to our re:nature - Organisational model teams and organisations only find their real purpose, when they have the life-serving principle as the basis for their own purpose. Then your own actions become a meaningful part of the whole.

Balance in everyday team life

With the re:nature - Compass As a natural model, we support teams in organising their everyday activities in a «round» way and a good balance of necessary qualities to find: Creativity and openness to new things (spring), creative power and community (summer), mindful handling of boundaries and letting go of the old (autumn), phases of non-doing and conscious connection to a larger context of being (winter). This orientation towards a holistic balance then achieves more than just more harmonious cooperation. A team can use it to create a New culture of wholeness live. The greatest challenge usually lies in integrating the so-called „winter qualities“. Because spirituality, which Orientation towards a natural order and the focus on a greater purpose do not (yet) correspond to the current economic picture.

Diversity and cooperation

A team is particularly lively and productive when the different talents and competences of individual people can be recognised and woven into an organic whole. The re:nature compass contains the Wheel of the People, The Wheel of People is a holistic view of how the talents and characteristics of individual employees can be made visible and recognised as a treasure for a multifaceted joint effort. Many teams have already benefited from working with the Wheel of People because it promotes empathy and at the same time recognises the Interaction of powerful and connected to nature makes.
