Cancellation policy

By clicking the „Submit“ button, your registration will be considered final (just as with a written registration), and you accept the following terms and conditions for participation and cancellation. Thank you, as these agreements make it possible for us to plan and work as self-employed individuals and to meet our wage obligations to our part-time employees. Should you fall ill or be prevented from attending the registered seminar at short notice, please DO NOT ask for a retroactive reduction. We cannot share the risk with everyone! If bearing the full cost of your own potential cancellation risk is too high for you, then take out private seminar cancellation insurance. It does not cost very much. No liability will be accepted for any kind of damage. By registering, each participant declares they are adequately insured. As a participant, you assume full responsibility for your actions in nature.

Medical and therapeutic advice

The events do not replace psychotherapy.

The course management must be informed of medical and psychiatric/psychological treatment and advised of regular medication intake.

Cancellation terms for re:nature - Vision Quests

In the event of withdrawal from a registration, a processing fee of €200 will be charged in all cases. For withdrawals less than 6 weeks before the start of the course, the course fee must be paid, unless a replacement participant can be found within one week for a full group, who will take over the course place due to a waiting list. However, the course management is not obliged to actively search for replacements beyond the waiting list. In the case of late withdrawal less than 10 days before the start (e.g. due to illness), accommodation costs, the amount for room hire and half of the overnight stay costs will also be incurred.

Terms and conditions for cancellation of other offers from the uma institute

In the event of cancellation, a processing fee of 15% of the course fee will be retained in any case. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the course, the full course fee must be paid, unless a replacement participant is found within 2 days when the group is full. In the case of short-term cancellation less than 10 days before the start (e.g., due to illness), the costs for catering and half of the accommodation costs will also be incurred.

Terms and conditions for withdrawal from training courses

The specific terms of withdrawal for the two-year training courses are regulated in a separate training contract signed by both parties.

Cancellation policy for the re:nature - individual coaching training

On cancellation of registration, a fee of 150 Euros will be charged. If you cancel less than 1 calendar month before the start of the further education course, the full course fee must be paid, unless a replacement participant from the waiting list can be found within 2 days for a full group. In the event of short-notice cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the on-site module (e.g. due to illness), the costs for catering and half of the accommodation costs will also be incurred.
